The Change Machine is a social and environmental innovation and accessibility platform that connects people, organizations, knowledge and resources to turn complex challenges into solutions with collective impact. We were founded on the conviction that the great problems of our time cannot be solved through isolated efforts: real transformation happens when communities, businesses, governments, academia and civil society work together around a common purpose.
More than carrying out projects, we build the conditions for the best solutions to emerge, grow stronger and last over time.

Our founders
Three different stories. One shared conviction: change begins when we decide to be part of it.
The Change Machine was born from a vision shared by Alejandra Rodríguez, Adrián de la O and Mauricio Rodríguez: to do things differently in order to create a positive impact.
Coming from different fields, they found in diving a new way of seeing the world, relating to others and recognizing the potential of inclusion. That experience gave rise to The Dive Machine and, at its heart, The Change Machine: a foundation dedicated to connecting people, organizations and resources to drive solutions with collective impact.
